The DocsBarcelona Campus is an annual program to accompany professionals and documentary projects in their development phase. The main objective of this campus is to boost them, providing guidance for their growth, facilitating their approach to the international market and offering them the necessary opportunities to get financing and become high quality films.
The program provides full annual follow-up for selected projects, including individualized mentoring and group workshops with leading industry professionals. Some of the areas that will be addressed include project development analysis and introduction to the professional market, as well as distribution and sales, marketing and audience building.
It is structured in three main axes in the format of creative face-to-face residencies separated considerably in time. During the period of time between the different residencies, there is a follow-up of the status of the project and tutorials are offered for the development of the project.
